All calipers, master cylinders, and rotors ('goods') manufactured and distributed by Braking are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 180 days commencing on the date of retail purchase.
The sole and exclusive remedy of Braking’s immediate customer ('purchaser'), or any 3rd party, for any claim of any kind against Braking arising from or in connection with the purchase or use of the Goods, including but not limited to claims in contract, warranty, negligence, or othe tort, shall be at the option of Braking: (i) a refund or credit of all or a portion of the price paid to Braking for the Gooc at issue, or (ii) repair or replacement of the Goods.
Such refund, credit, or replacement shall be offered to Purchaser only, unless the claim is a warranty claim in wr case such refund, credit, or replacement shall be offered to the original retail purchaser ('user') only and MUST be accompanied by the original sales receipt (no photocopies accepted). Any such claim by either Purchaser or User must be accompanied by a return of the Goods |

EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH HEREIN, BRAKING DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY LAW OR CUSTOM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTYIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FINESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL BRAKING BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES RESULTING FROM, ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE SALE OR USE THE GOODS.
This warranty offer does not cover any damage or defect due to modifi cations. accident, misuse, and/or neglect. Suitability of the Goods for use by any User is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.
